This position requires extensive experience in processing all types of loans; purchase, refinance, FHA 203K, renovation, investor, delayed financing, property flips, USDA, FHA, VA, streamlines, HARP and piggy back 2nd. Primary, secondary & investment occupancy types. SFR, PUD, multi-unit & Condo property types. Self-employed, salaried, hourly, part time, seasonal, overtime, bonus, commissioned, non-taxed and other non-employment income types. Non-citizen and non-permanent resident types. Fundamental knowledge and understanding of FNMA, FHLMC, VA & FHA guidelines. Ability to effectively analyze property appraisal, income, assets & credit of varying client profiles. Required skills include effective communication skills, time management skills, supervisory skills, analytical & problem solving skills. Must be organized and able to multitask, pay attention to details & meet deadlines. May qualify to telecommute after satisfactory completion of introductory period. Proficiency with Calyx, DU, LP, Adobe Acrobat, Windows, and Microsoft Word & Outlook required. Minimum 5 years of processing experience or 3 years with BA/BS degree required.
